摘要
对于力学性能要求高的调质件,靠传统的淬火冷却工艺较难达到满意的结果。将淬透性理论与控制冷却技术相结合,建立了一套能满足调质件力学性能要求的冷却工艺参数的计算方法,对40CrNiMoA钢齿轮进行了调质处理。结果,齿轮的力学性能达到了要求。
It is difficult to enable quenched and tempered workpieces to attain requirements for comprehensive mechanical properties by the use of traditional quenching process. In this paper, a calculating method for cooling process parameters capable of attaining requirements for the mechanical properties of quenched and tempered workpieces was established through combination of hardenability theory with the controlled cooling technology. The test results indicate that the mechanical properties of the quenched and tempered gears of 40CrNiMoA steel pass the requirements.
