摘要
获得两种渗氮工艺(气体渗氮和常规离子渗氮)处理齿轮的弯曲疲劳P-S-N曲线和疲劳极限。通过对断口形貌观察分析,提出了延缓齿轮轮齿裂纹萌生,提高抗弯曲疲劳寿命的有效途径。
The "P-S-N", curves and fatigue limit of two kinds (gas nitriding and ion nitriding)nitrided gears were obtained. By inspect and analysis to fracture morphology,the effective way to delay crack initiation of gear teeth and raise life of bending fatigue was put forward.
