摘要
为了提高制鞋企业的生产效率,降低生产成本,以适应当前激烈的市场竞争,将计算机辅助技术应用到排料过程中。在了解和分析国内外鞋类CAD软件中有关排料问题的研究与应用现状的基础上,结合相关排料理论,应用最小包络矩原理,研究了鞋类均质材料排料过程的计算机实现方法,并选用Visual LISP语言在AutoCAD中编程实现,尝试开发了基于AutoCAD的鞋类均质材料排料软件系统。该系统基本达到预期效果,具备排料所需的基本功能。
To enhance the productivity of shoes industry, reduce its cost of making shoes, and adapt itself to the fierce competition of shoes market, computer-aided-technique was used in the process of nesting. On the base of the analysis of the research and application on nesting of some domestic and international shoe CAD software, applying the principle of least circum-rectangle, taking the sample pattern of shoes materials as object, the method of shoes homogeneous material nesting on the way of computer-aided was studied, and a shoes nesting (homogeneous material) software system based autoCAD combining with the theory of nesting was developed. The system is by and large up to the expectation and has some basic functions of nesting.
