For a country, the bonus got from the change of population structure is one-off. Many predictions about Chinese popula-tion show that 2013 will be a critical year when the net increase of labor forces will decrease to zero. It will even be negative after several years of leveling off. This means 'population bonus'--a major powerof Chinese economic development--will diminish, and aging problem will pop out.
