摘要
规避是国际反倾销的产物,反规避是国际反倾销措施的新趋势。反规避调查条款,是20世纪80年代初由欧美从反倾销实践中发展起来的。自我国加入WTO以来,遭遇反规避调查的案件呈增多趋势,对我国国际贸易造成了不良影响。面对这一现象,我们应采取措施积极应对反规避调查这一国际贸易新壁垒。
Evading is a result of international anti - dumping, and anti - evading is accodingly the new tendency of international anti - dumping measures. The clauses of anti - evading investigation were developed from European and American＇ s anti - dumping practices in 1980s. Since China entered WTO , the number of anti - evading investigation cases which cause bad influence on our international trade has been increased. Therefore, active measures to cope with anti - evading investigation, the new barrier of the international trade, should be Taken.
