摘要
为了解溴氯海因消毒粉剂杀灭微生物效果及对金属腐蚀性,对其进行了悬液定量杀菌试验、金属腐蚀性试验。结果,以含有效氯溴50 mg/L的溶液对大肠杆菌作用3 m in,有效氯溴75 mg/L的溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用3 m in,杀灭对数值均>5.00;以含有效氯溴600 mg/L的溶液对白色念珠菌作用5 m in,杀灭对数值>5.00;以含有效氯溴1200 mg/L的溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用120 m in,杀灭对数值>5.00。用含有效氯溴1200 mg/L的该消毒剂溶液浸泡72 h,对不锈钢无腐蚀,对铝片和铜片有中度腐蚀,对碳钢有重度腐蚀。结论,氯溴海因消毒粉剂具有良好的杀灭微生物效果,性能稳定,但对金属有腐蚀性。
In order to know the germicidal efficacy of the bromochlorohydantoin disinfection powder and its corrosiveness to metals, suspension quantitative germicidal test and metal corrosion test were carried out. The results showed that the reduction log factor of Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the solution containing available halogen （ calculated according to the available chlorine） 50 mg/L for 3 min , Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the solution containing available halogen （calculated according to the available chlorine） 75 mg/L for 3 min, Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the solution containing available halogen （ calculated according to the available chlorine） 600 mg/L for 5 min and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in suspension exposed to the solution containing available halogen （ calculated according to the available chlorine） 1200 mg/L for 120 min were 〉5.00. After immersing in the solution containing available halogen （calculated according to the available chlorine） 1200 mg/L for 72 h, there were no corrosion of stainless steel coupon , moderate corrosion of aluminum coupon and copper coupon and severe corrosion of carbon steel coupon. The results indicared that this bromochlorohydantoin disinfection powder has good germicidal efficacy and stability, but is corrosive to metals.
