摘要
泡沫型皮肤消毒液有效成分为醋酸氯己定,为了解其杀菌效果与稳定性,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,含醋酸氯己定4540mg/L的泡沫型皮肤消毒液对悬液中的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用3m in、对白色念珠菌作用5m in,杀灭对数值均>5.00。在54℃温度下保存14d,该消毒液原液醋酸氯己定含量下降率为3.61%。结论,该泡沫型皮肤消毒液杀菌效果较好,性能稳定。
The active ingredient of the foam - type skin disinfection solution is chlorhexidine acetate. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and stability, suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out. Results： The reduction factor （log10） of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the foam - type skin disinfection solution containing chlorhexidine acetate 4540 mg/L for 3 min and Candida albicans exposed for 5 min were 〉5.00. After storing at 54°C for 14 days, the chlorhexidine acetate content of the stock solution of the disinfection solution decreased by 3.61%. Conclusion： The foam -type skin disinfection solution has good germicidal efficacy and stable properties.
