慢性肾衰竭的抗氧化治疗 被引量:4

摘要 慢性肾功能衰竭患者体内因反应性氧化物产生增多,抗氧化能力减弱而导致氧化应激状态。现在认为氧化应激、慢性炎症、血管内皮细胞功能不良为慢性肾衰竭患者心血管并发症的危险因素,抗氧化治疗、改善机体氧化应激状态可能降低慢性肾衰竭患者心血管并发症的发生率及死亡率,延长生存时间和质量。以下就抗氧化治疗的近期研究作一综述。
