摘要
针对金属腐蚀对变电所发电厂接地装置、交直流高压输电铁塔与电力设备的危害,以及存在的严重事故隐患,分析变电所发电厂接地装置与电力设备腐蚀的原因和金属阴极保护防腐原理。介绍了“牺牲阳极法”及“强制(外加)电流法”2种金属防腐的方法,并对变电所发电厂接地装置的2种阴极保护防腐方法进行经济技术比较,特别指出目前国内部分人推崇使用的铜接地网对附近钢结构存在的的严重副作用,进而阐述了金属阴极保护防腐技术在国内外电力行业的研究应用情况,证明推广“阴极保护技术”的应用是目前电力行业值得重视的一项反事故技术措施。
Aiming at the harm of metallic corrosion on the grounding systems of substations and power plants ,AC & DC high voltage transmission towers and electric power equipments,the paper analyses the corrosion reasons of grounding equipments of substations and power plants as well as power equipments. It analyses the anti-corrosion principles of metal catholic protection,introduces two metal anti-corrosion method,namely "sacrificial anode protection method" and "impressed current method" and does economic and technical comparisons between the two methods and points out the serious side effect of highly praised cop grounding grid on nearby steel constructions. Furthermore,it describes the research and application situation of metal cathodic protection anti-corrosion technology in foreign power industries. At last,it shows that spreading the application of cathodic protection technology is deserving of great attention in anti-accident measurements for power industries currently.
