摘要
介绍了江苏华能淮阴电厂1期工程2台220 MW燃煤机组及2期工程2台330 MW燃煤机组监控点的设置,对1、2期工程监控点设置进行了分析,阐述了火力发电厂热控自动化系统设计与监控点设置的关系。根据3期工程(2台330 MW机组)项目的实施,提出了全厂监控点的设置设想,通过对热控自动化系统的优化设计,合理配置监控点,达到运行人员配置的最优化。
The paper introduced and analyzed the monitoring points setting of two 220 MW and two 330 MW coal fired generation units of Huaneng Huaiyin Power Plant constructed in phase one and phase two respectively. It explained the relationship between control automation system design and monitoring point's setting in thermal power plants, Based on it ,the setting of monitoring points of two new 330 MW units was proposed. With the optimized design on control automation system and reasonable monitoring points setup, the purpose of optimization of operating personnel arrangement can be reached.
