摘要
通过江苏徐州发电有限公司多年来对输煤皮带热硫化胶接的摸索与实践,对胶接工艺进行分析与总结,介绍了胶带接头尺寸的确定、硫化胶接的程序、接头热硫化工艺程序及硫化三要素,提出了皮带硫化胶接中的有关质量要求、需注意的问题及建议。
The heat vulcanization gelatinization joint technology is widely used because of its lubricity,high intensity and long life-span. The quality of this technology can only be guaranteed by controlling strictly the gelatinization process, the working procedure and the time,pressure and temperature of vulcanization. The heat vulcanization gelatinization joint technology is analyzed and summarized and some technologies are introduced after many years＇ practice and experiment.
