钼靶摄影对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断价值 被引量:11

摘要 目的评价钼靶对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断准确性及与乳腺癌鉴别诊断的价值。方法对21例经手术病理证实的浆细胞性乳腺炎X线片进行回顾性分析。结果浆细胞性乳腺炎在X线片上大多位于乳晕附近及乳腺中央区,乳晕皮肤可增厚,多数呈片状模糊的致密影,边界不规则、可见条索状改变。与乳腺癌根粗尖细的浸润毛刺影截然不同。结论乳腺钼靶检查是鉴别良恶性疾病较有效的方法,结合临床病史、症状及体征,可提高诊断的准确性。
