5t电渣炉重熔工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对我厂5t双极串联电渣炉生产H13大型锭过程中采集的实际数据测定,从电流密度、渣系、渣量及熔化速度与枝晶间距关系等工艺参数方面进行了分析探讨,并建造了结晶速度、熔池速度、固相线位置与主要工艺参数间关系的数学模型,将其应用于指导生产,并通过了生产检验,取得了良好效果。生产试验数据还表明,对短粗结晶器,采用大充填比时,不能达到恒结晶速度及恒熔池的设想,需通过改善结晶器冷却条件等因素作进一步改进。 Parameters and characteristics of 5t ESR equipment were described, production process was analyzed and summarized.
