异位妊娠多项指标联检的临床价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨异位妊娠多项指标联检的诊断价值。方法分别对50例异位妊娠患者和20例正常宫内妊娠妇女血清βhcg、E3、prog及CK进行检测,并比较分析。结果与正常早孕妇女相比,异位妊娠患者血清βhcg、E3、prog明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);CK略有升高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);CK/prog比值明显升高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清βhcg、E3、prog、CK及CK/prog比值对EP的早期诊断具有一定的价值,联合检测有利于诊断。
