摘要
由于制约我国水电开发企业的瓶颈问题已从过去的资金、技术问题转变为现在的市场、社会和生态问题,解决水电开发企业长效治理问题已经成为水电企业的关键问题。本文在梳理国外水电开发企业内、外部治理机制特点的基础上,提出了四点值得我国水电开发企业借鉴的经验,对今后我国水电开发企业公司治理研究起到抛砖引玉的作用。
The main reason of restricting hydroelectric development company is fund and technology in the past, now have transformed to market, society and ecology. How to solve long-term efficiency of hydroelectric development company has become the key problem. Based on analyzing the characteristic of interior and exterior mechanism in the company, it bring forward four points which is worthy of reference to our hydroelectric development company.
