摘要
为了用大同烟煤活性炭生产低酸溶铁质量分数的活性炭,分析了盐酸的浓度、酸洗次数、酸洗时间、酸洗温度、酸炭比及活性炭粒度对降低活性炭酸溶铁质量分数的影响,Cl-多、酸洗次数多、活性炭粒度小、酸炭比值大,均有利于脱铁,同时盐酸浸泡时间宜控制在12h,加热温度在100℃以内。试验证明工业化生产完全可生产出酸溶铁质量分数低于0.03%的优质煤质活性炭。
To produce activated carbon (AC) with low mass fraction of acid-soluble iron using Datong bituminous coal, the effect of HCl concentration, degree, temperature and duration of acid-wash, ratio of acid to AC and the granularity of. AC on lowering the mass fraction of acid-soluble iron was analyzed. The results show that higher the concentration of CI-, the more times of acid-wash; the smaller the granularity of AC, the greater the ratio of acid to AC, and they both are favorable to iron removal. It is advisable to control the wash time within 12h and the temperature within 100℃. The test proves that commercial production of high quality AC with low mass fraction (〈0.03%) of acid-soluble iron is certainly possible.
