摘要
用不同光照、激素对红叶石楠‘红罗宾’进行芽诱导试验,探索‘红罗宾’芽诱导的最佳方法。结果表明:材料应取半木质化的茎段;消毒以75%的酒精15 s,0.1%的升汞9 min为宜;诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;先期采用暗培养可减少褐化。
The effects of different hormone and light on bud induction in Photinia fraseri var. 'Red Robin' initial culture were studied in this paper. The semi-lignification stem could be suitable explants. The best sanitization method was that explants were treated with 75 % alcohol for 15s, 0.1% HgC12 for 9 min. The initial culture medium was MS + 6-BA1.5mg/L + NAA0. lmg/L. Dark-culture in advance could reduce the occurrence of browning.
