摘要
摩擦损耗最小化和能量输出最大化的原理与方法,对于提高速滑成绩具有重要的意义。通过影像测量方法,探讨了低姿势与高能量输出之间的关系,结果认为:功率与步频和滑行姿势密切相关;在滑跑同一距离项目中,输出功率总量参数决定水平相近的运动员之间成绩上的微小差异;绝对意义的低姿势只能是躯干保持水平位置,而相对意义的低姿势以发挥下肢蹬伸力量为前提;高的能量输出主要是通过大量的蹬伸做功而产生。
Exploring principles and methods of the minimizing the friction loss and maximizing the energy output played an important role in improving the score of speed skating. Adopted the image measuring technique, this study explored the relationship between low postures of speed skating and high-energy output. The results indicated that the power with frequency has close connection with the posture of sliding; during the process of skating the same distance program, the total quality parameter of output can be determined by tiny differences between the scores of the athletes who own the similar sport level; the low posture in the absolute level can only maintain the horizontal position of the body, meanwhile, the relative low posture can carry forward the strength of peddling and stretching of low limbs; The high energy output is mainly generated from the great deal of strength of extending.
