摘要
根据聋哑学生体质健康测试的结果,为聋哑学生设计具有针对性的健身运动处方,探讨健身运动处方对提高聋哑学生身心健康和自主锻炼能力的锻炼效果,为其健身锻炼提供理论与实验研究的依据。结果表明,进行健身运动处方锻炼能有效地改善聋哑学生的心肺功能、提高下肢爆发力和增进心理健康。说明应用健身运动处方组织聋哑学生进行课外体育锻炼是科学地、行之有效地锻炼方法,易于推广应用。
Based on the results of physical fitness test of deaf-mute students, this study designed physical exercise prescription for deaf-mute students and discussed the effects of the exercise prescription on improving the physical and mental health and self-exercise competency, in order to provide the helpful references of theoretical and experimental research. The results of this study indicated that the exercise prescription can improve the function of the heart and lung, increase lowerlimb breakout strength, and enhance mental health of the deaf-mute students. This study indicated that it is a scientific and efficient way to arrange deaf-mute students to carry out physical exercises after class through the exercise prescription.
