提出为进一步深化军队物资采购改革,提高我军物资采购建设水平,应引入先进采购思想、研究应急采购方式、发展电子采购模式、强化采购法制建设等。
For the purpose of deepening military materials purchasing reform and improving military materials pro, eurement, the paper considers that we should make a new break in introducing advanced purchasing ideas, studying emergency procurement, developing E-purchasing and strengthening the eonstructian of purchasing legal system.
