摘要
主要运用文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈等方法,结合企业过程再造(BPR)的基本理论,研究了中国体育保险发展面临的挑战、机遇及BPR理论对中国体育保险的适用性。研究表明,应从发展战略、组织制度、运行机制、信息沟通方式等方面增强中国体育保险商竞争优势,从而提高中国体育保险的竞争力。
Through using the method of literature, logical analysis and expert interview, combining with the basic theory of BPR, this paper studies the challenge and opportunity that China sport insurance will face during the development as well as the adaptation of BPR theory on China sport insurance. The result shows that we should improve the competitive advantage of China sport insurance underwriter from the aspects of developing strategy, organizational system, running mechanism and information communication in order to promote the competition of China sport insurance.
