摘要
目的了解西藏那曲地区藏族学生口腔健康行为状况及口腔保健知识知晓情况,为口腔预防保健工作提供基线资料。方法对1 218名藏族中小学生进行封闭式问卷调查。结果用竖刷法刷牙的占14.4%,选择保健牙刷的占35.7%,对含氟牙膏防龋作用的知晓率为15.7%,88.6%的学生不知道“窝沟封闭”,60.4%的学生从未看过牙医,且61.4%的学生是从家长或老师那里获得口腔保健知识。随着受教育年限的增加,口腔保健状况趋好转。结论藏族学生的口腔健康行为较差,口腔保健知识贫乏,口腔健康教育亟待加强。
Objective To investigate the status of oral health behavior and the recognition of oral care knowledge, and to provide base-line information for oral health care. Methods A closing questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 218 Tibetan primary and secondary school students. Results 14. 4% of the students used the vertical tooth brush methed,35.7% selected the conservancy tcothbrosh. Only 15.7% of them knew the effects of fluoride toothpaste on preventing decayed, 88.6% of them igaored the ＂pit and fissure＂ sealant, 60.4% of them never visited the dentists and 61.4% of them got oral health care knowledge from their parents and their teachers. More education they received, the oral health became better accordingly. Conclusion Tibetan students have poor oral behaviors and they are deficient in oral health knowledge. So oral health education should be strengthened necessarily.
