摘要
讨论了利用空气锤完成局部顶镦的工艺方案设计、设备改造与模具设计等。实际应用表明，研究结果不仅简便、切实可行，经济效益显著，而且拓宽了空气锤的加工范围。
The article is about how to adapt air hammer to perform local upsetting operation. The project design of technology, equipment re form and die design etc has been clearly illustrated in the artide. The practicl application shows, the way is simple,easy to operate,convenient and efficient. Moreover, it extends the application of air hammer.
