摘要
以邯钢原料部4#白灰窑烟气成分实时监测系统为例,介绍了德国H&B公司Advance Optima模块化分析系统的新技术;论述了其标准化设计、新型传感器技术、微机技术及仪器整体化设计思路。该分析系统的应用,为4#白灰窑实现烟气达标排放及有效节能、提高白灰质量创造了条件。
The monitoring system of Advance Optima analysis system of H & B Company from Germany for waste vapor analysis on line was introduced by taking No. 4 lime kiln as a living monitoring example. The standardization of design, technology of new sensor and thoughts of integrated designing of computer technology and apparatus were discussed. The application of the analysis system provided No. 4 lime kiln with favorable foundations in terms of the smoke exhausting to requirement of the discharge standard, energy saving and lime quality improvement.
