配合物[Ni(IDB)_2]·(C_2O_4)·CH_3CH_2OH·7H_2O的合成、表征和性质

摘要 报道含三齿配体N,N二-(2-苯并咪唑甲基)亚胺(简写为IDB)的配合物[Ni(IDB)2].(C2O4).CH3CH2OH.7H2O(Ⅰ)的合成。对(Ⅰ)进行了元素分析、摩尔电导、紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、自旋共振谱和循环伏安研究。推测配合物中镍离子(Ⅱ)为六配位的八面体结构。该配合物或许可作为脲酶的模型化合物。 The synthesis of a mononuclear nickel( Ⅱ ) complex (Ⅰ)[Ni (IDB)2] · (C2O4) · CH3CH2OH·7H2 O are reported (The tridentate ligand IDB is [N, N-bis(benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl) amine]). The element analysis, molar conductity, ultraviolet and visible (UV-Vis), infrared (IR), electron spin resonance(ESR) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) of 1he complex has been studied. Its coordination geometry may be close to octahedron or distorted octahedron. The nickel( Ⅱ ) atom in the cation of the complex has distorted octahedronal coordination geometry and is six coordinated by six nitrogen atoms: four nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole groups and two amine nitrogen atoms from the ligand IDB. The complex is good structure model of urease.
