一种细胞免疫学新技术——酶联免疫斑点技术 被引量:6

摘要 酶联免疫斑点技术(ELISPOT)是利用ELISA技术的基本原理从单细胞水平检测分泌抗体的细胞或分泌细胞因子的细胞的一种细胞免疫学检测技术,可从单细胞水平评价机体的细胞免疫或体液免疫功能。近年来ELISPOT技术以其简便、特异、敏感的优点,被广泛用于肿瘤疫苗评价试验、免疫监测和结核杆菌感染的诊断等方面。现综述ELISPOT技术的原理、基本操作步骤、优缺点和应用等。
