摘要
本文通过对不同老年读者的心理分析,了解他们不同的阅读需求,对老年读者群体进行分类,开展立体服务。
In this article, the author makes a careful look at the elder readers in the library. After a throughout analysis on their different psychology, different needs for the library＇ s materials and services, she reaches a conclusion of promoting a three-dimensional way of providing the library service and gives out her own opinion of how to apply it into practice.
