摘要
网络环境在给我们提供了便利的同时,也带来了相应的版权问题,而且版权问题随着网络的发展已经越来越尖锐。图书馆在网络信息资源开发中的版权问题是我们要探讨的重点。本文系统介绍了网络信息资源的开发方式及由此引发的版权问题,对版权问题作了一定的分析,最后提出在网络信息资源开发中避免版权问题的对策。
Network enviroment can offer us a quick and convenient service while bringing the copynight problems which are more sharply with the development of network.The emphasis of our discussion is the problems of intellectual property in developing network information resources.The paper introduces the mode of developing network resources,analyzes the copynight problems and proposes ways to avoid infringing upon intellectual property.
