摘要
采用SHS法制备了SOFC阴极材料La1-xSrxMnO3(LSM);研究了不同温度下烧结LSM强度、相对密度与掺Sr量的关系,烧结试样的孔隙率以及膨胀系数随温度的变化关系。结果表明:随着Sr含量的增加,合成LSM粉末的粒度增大,烧结试样的相对密度略有降低;较高的烧结温度有利于降低试样的孔隙率;烧结LSM的热膨胀系数与YSZ匹配较好。
La1-xSrxMnO3 cathode material of solid oxide fuel cells is prepared by SHS method. Study is made of the relationship between Sr content and sintered LSM strength and relative density as well as the variation of porosity and expansion coefficient of the sintered specimen with different temperature. It is found that the particle size becomes larger and the relative density is slightly reduced with the increase of Sr content. Higher sintering temperature is good for less porosity. The thermal expansion coefficient of the sintered specimens matches well with that of YSZ.
