摘要
输油气泵站系统是管道系统的重要组成部分,为此进行输油气管道系统泵站风险评估十分必要。实际工程系统的可靠性指标既非常重要又相当复杂。绝大多数工程系统目前只有数值解,而找不出解析解。为此,介绍了计算输油气泵站系统可靠性的简单实用方法,并实例运用于秦皇岛—北京输油管道泵站系统。该泵站系统由6个泵站组成,为一个复杂可修系统;以宝坻站为例,并用系统稳态不可用度、平均无故障工作时间和平均修复时间作为可靠性指标,应用网络树分析和可靠性单元法对其进行简化计算,并在此基础上进行了泵站系统的风险分析。
Pump systems are the key parts in oil/gas pipelining so it is necessary to carry risk assessment on pump systems. Reliability indexes of actual engineering system are important but very complex. For a great number of engineering systems there is only numerical solution at present, while the analytic solution is sometimes difficult to find. Therefore it is necessary to seek a simple method. The pump system in Qinhuangdao-Beijing oil transportation pipeline consists of six pumping stations running as a complex maintainable system. Taking Baodi station as an example here, network tree analysis and reliability unit method are applied to compute in a simple way and on this basis risk analysis is carried out for pump system by use of system unavailability, even faultless running time, and even repair time as reliability indexes.
