一种无固相钻井液的研制及应用 被引量:11

摘要 针对陕北油气田地质和钻井作业特点,研制了一种无固相钻井液。它由无机和有机材料复合而成,所配成的钻井液密度为1.01~1.05g/cm3,漏斗粘度26~30s,pH值7~9。通过室内及现场试验研究,对该无固相钻井液的配方进行了优选,并对其性能进行了系统评价。研究结果表明:该无固相钻井液有很好的防塌、护壁作用,操作简便,使用安全,完全可以满足该区域钻井作业的需要。使用该无固相钻井液时,所钻井眼规则,钻速可达到10~18m/h,在同等条件下,与使用其他钻井液相比,钻头寿命延长20%~30%,钻井液成本有所降低。 Aiming at the geologic and drilling features of North Shaan oil/gas field, a kind of clay-free drilling fluid is developed. It is composed by several organic and inorganic materials. Its density is about 1.01-1.05 g/cm^3, the funnel viscosity is about 26-30 seconds and the pH value is about 7-9. The formula of the drilling fluid has been optimized and the performance has been systematically tested. The research results show the drilling fluid has great function of borehole-wall protection and sloughing prevention. It can be easily operated and safely applied. So it fully meets the needs of drilling task in this area. By using this drilling fluid, the wells are easily made regular and the drilling speed can reach 10-18 m/h. Besides that, the bit life can be extended 20%-30% longer and the cost of drilling fluid is reduced than that using the average drilling fluid under the same condition.
