摘要
体验经济时代,人们的旅游需求发生了重大变化,以提供观光旅游服务为主的历史风景名胜景点,必须从关注顾客的体验入手,进行服务创新,使景点提供的服务内容更能适应旅游市场的需求,从而使景点获得稳定的经济利益以及竞争优势。
The travelers' requirements have been changing progressively with the development of economical time. The author points out that the service innovation is to be carried through to meet with the variational and various demands of travelers from the view of concern for customers' experiencing sightseeing by the supervisors in management of historic scenic spots. This enables the service to be seasoned with the demands of traveling markets and to win considerable profits as well as competitive advantage.
