摘要
本文对银汞粘结剂Super—Bond D Liner进行了实验室评估.结果表明有优异的密封性能,可完全消除邻面洞(牙合)壁微渗漏,邻面龈壁也接近于无,与对照组相比有极显著统计学差异(P<0.001).平均剪切粘结强度为1.873Mpa.并对其机理进行探讨.密封性能的提高主要由于表面处理剂(10—3液)与底胶(primer—35%HEMA)渗入脱矿牙本质后共同作用所形成的混杂层(hybrid layer),而粘结强度则可能与游离汞和粘结树脂结构有关.
The purpose of this in vitro study was to dertermine the microleage degree and shear bond strength of amalgem to dentin treated with the super-Bond D Liner dental adhesive system.The labial surface of 10 human central incisors were ground wet on 400 grit. A wax ring 5mm in diameter & 2mm high was fixed on the dentin surface, and the demarcated site treated with Super-Bond D Liner system as recommended by the manufacturer, then filled with amalgam. The shear bond strength was treated by WUZHONG universal micro testing machine at a crossspeed of 10mm/min.The depth of microleakage in class Ⅱ preperation was also measured in 10 molars and 6 premolars. Specimens were prepared according to the manufacturer's instruction, stored in 37℃ water for 48h, finished, thermocycled for 100 cycles between 4℃ and 60℃, stained with 2% methylene blue, sectioned, and depths of dye penetration scored.The mean shear bond strength was 1. 873Mpa, and perfact marginal seal without any microleakage were obtained at the occlusal margins, and is nearly perfact seal at the gingival margins. The result were highly statistical significant as compared with the control specimens (P<0. 001).
