摘要
介绍分析了压榨脱水的现状;在建立一维变压压榨原理模型的基础上,通过合理的基本假设,结合渗流理论,推导出了一维变压压榨基本方程;给出符合实际的初始、边界条件,并经过奇次化,求出了压榨基本方程理论解的脱水速率全新表达式,为一维变压榨实验研究奠定了理论基础。
The current status of mechanical analyzed. Based on the establishment of the model compression dewatering was introduced and for one-dimensional mechanical compression under variable pressure and reasonable assumptions, and combined with the seepage theory, the equation of one-dimensional compression under variable pressure was deduced. Under appropriate boundary and original conditions, the theoretical solution of compression equation was solved throughhomogenization and a new expression of dewatering speed instead of expression ratio was given to characterize the effect of mechanical compression. Research results provided a theoretical reference for the experimental research of one-dimensional mechanical expression under variable force.
