降低不溶阳极电积镍直流电耗的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 对影响不溶阳极电积镍直流电耗的各种因素进行了分析,降低溶液电阻、减少线路损耗可降低槽电压,而稳定阴极液pH、适当提高溶液中镍离子和H3BO3浓度对提高电流效率、降低直流电耗有利,采取相应措施后,取得了良好效果,直流电耗降低了5%,经济效益明显。 Various factors of influencing direct current consumption during Ni electrowinning using insoluble anode have been analysed. Reduce electrolyte resisitance and circuitry loss can decrease cell voltage. Stabilizating pH of cathode solution and increasing concentration of Ni^2+ and H3BO3 in solution are available to increase current efficiency and decrease direct current consumption. Good result can be obtained by taking measures. It have obvious economical benefit that direct current consumption decreases 5 percent.
