摘要
目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、诱导性一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)蛋白在脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及其意义。方法采用S-P免疫组织化学法,检测VEGFi、NOS蛋白在59例不同病理分级脑星形细胞瘤组织中的表达情况。结果VEGFi、NOS蛋白表达的阳性率分别为76.2%(45/59)、71.2%(42/59),VEGF与病理分级密切相关(P<0.05);VEGFi、NOS均与肿瘤单位视野中血管平均值(MVD)密切相关(P<0.05)。VEGFi、NOS的表达存在相关性。结论VEGF表达与脑星形细胞瘤的发生发展及肿瘤性血管的生成存在密切的相关性;iNOS通过协同和促进VEGF的表达及肿瘤性血管的生成,间接参与肿瘤细胞的恶性演化。
Objective To study the expression of VEGF, iNOS, as well as their significance in the development and malignant progression of astrocytomas. Methods The expression of VEGF, iNOS were studied by S-P immunohistochemistry in 59 cases of astrocytomas. Results The expression of VEGF was inaccordance with the increasing grade of astrocytoma malignancy and the microvessel density (MVD) (p〈 0.05). The co-expression rate of VEGF, iNOS was 54.5% (12/22) in astrocytomas grade Ⅰ, and 76.5 % (13/17) in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion VEGF protein plays an important role in the progression and angiogenesis of astrocytomas, iNOS may take part in the progression and angiogenesis of astrocytomas through combining VEGF protein.
