哮喘患儿外周血CD_(21)及CD_(40)L的表达与血清IgE相关性研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的:研究哮喘的发病机制,探讨哮喘儿童白细胞表面分化抗原CD21及CD40L的表达与血清IgE的相关性。方法:利用流式细胞分析技术检测儿童哮喘发作期及缓解期外周血CD21、CD40L的百分率,同时用免疫化学发光法检测血清IgE水平,并进行相关性分析。结果:哮喘发作组CD21、CD40L的百分率明显高于哮喘缓解组、肺炎组和正常组(P均<0.01);哮喘发作组IgE明显高于哮喘缓解组、肺炎组和正常组(P均<0.01);哮喘发作组CD21、CD40与IgE呈正相关。结论:CD21、CD40L的表达与血清IgE在哮喘的发病机制中发挥重要作用。 Objective To study the relationship between expression of CD21 and CD40L on peripheral B lymphocytes and serum IgE in asthmatic children. Methods CD21 and CD40L expression on peripheral blood lymphoeytes were measured with flow cytometry and serum IgE was determined with chemiluminescence immunoassay. The relationship between expression of CD21and CD40L on peripheral B lymphoeytes and serum IgE in serum were analyzed. Results CD21 and CD40 L expression on lymphoeytes was significantly elevated in peripheral blood and serum IgE in children with asthma as compared with those discovered asthma, pneumonia and health controls (P 〈 0. 01 ). The positive correlation between CD21,CD40L and IgE was presented. Conclusion CD21 and CD40L expression on B lymphoeytes plays an important role in the pathogensis of asthma.
