摘要
以3个不同品质类型春小麦为材料,在不同氮水平下,研究施硫对籽粒总淀粉及其组分的调节效应。试验结果表明,不同施氮处理,获得最高籽粒总淀粉含量对硫的需求量各异。施硫对小麦籽粒淀粉组分具有调节作用,但这种调节作用的发挥要以一定氮水平为基础。在尿素60 kg/hm2或128 kg/hm(2 N60或N128)水平下施用硫肥有利于降低直链淀粉与支链淀粉的比例,改善淀粉组分。
The effects of sulphur on grain starch and its compositions of wheat were studied under the different amount of nitrogen conditions, Under the certain condition of nitrogen application,the demands for sulphur were different to obtain the highest content of grain starch in all cuhivars. The ratio of the amylose to amylopectin could be reduced and the application of sulphur under the condition of urea 60 kg/hm^2 or 128 kg/hm^2 could improve the quality of grain starch composition.
