摘要
运动部件的长寿命可靠性是空间有效载荷可靠性的关键,在空间高真空环境中使用的中高速滚动轴承的润滑是其中的难点之一。针对空间有效载荷用中高速滚动轴承的润滑问题,在比较各种润滑方案的基础上,详细介绍了液体油润滑系统,进行了相关理论分析,并介绍了其应用情况和技术发展方向。
The long duration and reliability of the moving mechanical assemblies is the key relates to the reliability of space effective payload. Therefore lubrication of the medium to high speed ball bearing using in space effective payload under the high vacuum condition is one of the main challenges. Aimed at the lubrication of long duration medium to high speed ball bearing using in space effective payload, the liquid oil lubricating systems were introduced through comparing all kinds of lubricating solutions, and related theories were analyzed. The current application and technical development trend were introduced.
