摘要
In 2005, Thailand proceeded with the new situation both smoothly and steadily. Thai Rak Thai’s winning the general election in the House of Representatives and Thaksin Shinawatra’s being re-elected as the prime minister symbolized its internal political stability and his success in the administration. In economy, it removed unfavorable factors like tsunami, achieving a GDP growth rate of around 4.7% to 5.7%, and in diplomacy, it adhered to the strategy of diverse economic diplomacy and regional development. In 2006, as long as it keeps stable in its politics, it will make greater progress.
