摘要
研究了高效液相色谱对催化氧化法制备的对硝基苯甲酸及杂质4，4‘-二硝基苯联苄和硝基本甲醛的含量测定。所建立的方法简单、重现性好，适于工业生产中的快速控制分析。对硝基苯甲酸的相对标准偏差小于2．0％，杂质4，4’-二硝基联苄和对硝基苯甲醛的相对标准偏差分别小于4．2％和2．3％。
The impurities 4,4' -dinitrobibenzil and p-nitrobenzaldehyde in the product of p-nitrobenzoic acid prepared by catalytic oxidation method were detected sucessfully with highperformance liquid chromatography. This method is convenient and suitable for control analysis in production. The relative standard deviation of p-nitrobenzoic acid is less than 2. 0%,and that of the impurities 4, 4' -dinitrobibenzil and p-nitrobenzaldehyde are less than 4. 2%and 2. 3% respectively.
