摘要
以当前采用的科研模式为对象，分析了造成科研成果不易转让的根本原因，提出了定向科研模式，即在科研工作开展之前就确定需求方，做到有的放矢，以便有效地利用有限的资金和时间，直接为社会需求服务．
Taking the current model of scientific research as a target,this paper analyses the basic reasons which cause the difficulties in transferring the scientific research achievements and then proposes the model of oriented scientific research,that is to make sure of the needed before the research is started. In this way the limited funds and time can be made full use of to serve the social needs.
