摘要
论述了在模具过渡曲面数控加工中采用成形刀代替球头刀的可能性及其优点，并对成形刀加工中的一些问题及其解决方法进行了研究．
An idea to use form-cutter in NC machining for blending surfaces of dies was presented. A research into some problems of form -- cutter in NC machining and efficient algorithms to solve them was made.
