摘要
本文从科学基金管理的实践出发,探讨科学基金管理的新思想、新方法,并从中得出一些启示,以供科学基金管理工作者参考。
On the basis of management practice of scientific foundation, the essay inquires into new thoughts and method of management of scientific foundation. The writer has obtained some enlightment for the staff engaging in management of scientfic foundation reference.
