摘要
采用文献资料法和统计分析法,对2004年全国青少年体操比赛中乙组吊环项目的完成情况进行分析,针对吊环项目中倒立类动作完成情况不佳、扣分较多这一问题,提出了解决办法,旨在为吊环项目的训练提供借鉴。
An analysis was conducted on the actual performance of the hang ring maneuver in the second section in 2004 National Adolescents Gymnastic Games, with the adopted approaches documentation and statistics. Solutions were provided to the badly-performed handstand with high deduction, aiming to offer help for the hang ring training.
