摘要 分析了形变异常形成的机理,认为形变异常的空间与时间分布特征可以用断层活动闭锁区的形成及发展来解释,活动断层的闭锁区为强震发生地点。提出了半年至几年时间尺度判定强震危险地点的原则和判定危险区与危险地点的具体方法。 The mechanism of deforation anomalies is analysed.It is thought that the distributive characteristics of deformation anomalies in space and time can be explained by the formation and development of locked sections of active fault,and that the locked sections are the sites in which strong earthquakes will be caused.The principle and method of determining the danger sites of strong earthquakes are put forward in the scale of time from half a year to several years.When the predisplacements appear on the locked fault in a risk region,a strong earthquake is going to come up.
