摘要
目的:研究扶正祛邪方对Con A诱导肝损伤模型小鼠的影响。方法:各药物组连续7d以相应的药物进行预处理。除空白组外各组末次给药后1h,小鼠尾静脉注射ConA,20mg/kg,6h后眼眦静脉取血,分离血清,测定ALT、AST、TBIL,取组织计算肝、脾指数。结果:扶正祛邪方可显著降低模型小鼠外周血ALT、AST、TBIL水平及肝、脾指数。结论:扶正祛邪方可明显改善Con A诱导肝损伤模型小鼠的肝功能。
Objective： to study on the effect of fuzheng quxie prescription on liver injury in mice induced by ConA. Methods： the treatment groups were treated with corresponding drugs for 7 days. after the last treatment 1 hour, injected ConA 20 mg/kg by tail vein. after 6 hour, .gathered blood from eyes vein and detected ALT, AST, TBIL, and calculated the index of liver and spleen, resuit： fuzheng quxie prescription could lower the level of ALT, AST, TBIL in blood and the index of liver and spleen, conclusion： fuzheng quxie prescription could improved markedly the liver function of liver injury mice induced by ConA.
