复方甘草酸苷辅助治疗艾滋病临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷治疗艾滋病的疗效。方法:40例艾滋病病例分为两组,在抗病毒药物治疗基础上,治疗组加用复方甘草酸苷,两组均6个月为1疗程。观察CD_(4T)细胞计数、外周血淋巴细胞表面CD_(38)的表达情况及服药后的副反应。结果:治疗6月后,治疗组CD_(38)下降较对照组明显,CD_4升高更显著,HAART后服药的副反应更少。结论:在抗病毒治疗基础上,加用复方甘草酸苷,对艾滋病的治疗有益。 Objective: to explore the effects on treatment of AIDS with compound liquiritin. Methods: 40 eases of AIDS were treated into two groups, on the treatment of antiviral, 20 cases of treatment group were treated with compound liquiritin for six months, to observe the number of CD4 T cells, the expression of CD38. of peripheral blood lymphocyte and the side reactions. Results: after treatment for six months, in treatment group the expression of CD38 were lower obviously than in control group, CD4 were higher mrarkedly and side reactions were lees. Conclusion: on the treatment of antiviral, compound liquiritin was benefleial to the treatment of AIDS.
