摘要
本文通过对青海交通、经济发展现状和经济发展对交通建设需求的迫切性的分析，提出了交通建设的总体构想和发展战略．
Based on the analyses of the present situations of the traffic and economic development and the necessity of traffic construction for economic development, an overall design and developing strategy for the traffic construction in Qinghai Province is put forward in the paper.
