摘要
社区管理存在着多种模式,云南省的管理模式处于“政府主导型”向“社区自治型”转变之中,因此还存在多方面的问题,应从加强社区自身的组织建设、加强社区建设的学习和理论研究、统筹办公用房和社区经费、加强对外来人员的管理和教育、组织志愿者活动等方面来解决。
There are many patterns of community administration, Yunnan＇s pattern is in the transition from government guide to community autonomy. Therefore, there are many problems existing, which can be resolved by strengthening the organization construction of community, enhancing the study and theoretical research of community construction, coordinate the office housing and community expenses, intensifying the management and education on out-comers, and organizing volunteer activity and so on,
